1. About This Agreement

By visiting or using this website, booking a session, or purchasing from Pure Oasis Studio, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario jurisdiction.

2. Sessions

Sessions are by appointment only and can be booked online through Simpli Booking or by calling or texting (905) 392-0068.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your time to someone else. While we do not currently charge a cancellation fee, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book in the future.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other bookings.

3. Wellness Disclaimer

Sessions at Pure Oasis Studio are intended to support relaxation and overall well-being. They are gentle, non-invasive, and are not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

Facilitators at Pure Oasis Studio do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace care provided by licensed medical or mental-health professionals. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or psychological concerns.

Everyone responds differently and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Participation is voluntary. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are taking personal responsibility for your own comfort and well-being before, during, and after your visit.

For the safety and effectiveness of your session, clients agree not to touch, move, or adjust any equipment unless guided by staff.

Some services offered at Pure Oasis Studio may be provided by independent practitioners. Pure Oasis Studio provides the space for these services; independent practitioners are responsible for their own assessments and outcomes.

4. Payments

Session fees and product purchases are processed securely through Square. By providing payment information, you confirm that it is accurate and that charges will be honoured by your financial institution. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to HST.

5. Art, Prints & Products

All sales of original artwork, prints, mugs, and other products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

All artwork displayed and sold through Pure Oasis Studio is the original work of Wei Ting Chang. Purchasing a piece does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of any artwork in any form — digital or physical — without prior written permission from the artist is strictly prohibited.

6. Email & Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter through MailerLite, your name and email address are used solely to send you updates and inspiration from Pure Oasis Studio. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Third-Party Tools

Pure Oasis Studio uses the following third-party platforms to operate our services:

Simpli Booking — online appointment scheduling
Square — payment processing
Zoho — client consent forms
MailerLite — email newsletter
Google — analytics and site tools

Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review them. Pure Oasis Studio is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers.

8. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, artwork, and design — is the property of Pure Oasis Studio and Wei Ting Chang. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.

This website is provided as-is. While we do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, Pure Oasis Studio is not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.
