What To Expect
Things to Know Before Visiting Our Centre
To ensure a smooth, peaceful experience for everyone, please take note of the following:
Shoes are not allowed in the centre. Please wear socks for your comfort and hygiene.
No food is permitted in the Light System room.
Water bottles are welcome, as long as they have a secure, spill-proof cap.
Avoid strong scents. This helps maintain a calm and neutral environment for everyone.
Cell phone use is not allowed inside the Light System room.
The Energy Room is a quiet space. Talking is not permitted, allowing everyone to rest deeply and fully benefit from the calming energy field.
- Kindly refrain from touching the technology, as it requires precise calibration for optimal performance.
Earplugs and eye covers are available upon request, while supplies last. Feel free to bring your own.
- Bring a blanket if you’d like. While we offer blankets at the centre, having your own can make the experience feel even more cozy.

Q: What Does a Session Look Like?
Each TLS session is different. Some people feel calm or release, others feel very little at first – both are normal.
TLS offers a safe, supportive environment where your nervous system can settle and respond in its own time. Often, changes are noticed gradually in daily life rather than during the session itself.
You’ll rest comfortably in a quiet room with soothing music. You may sleep or stay awake – either is fine. We’ll gently wake you when the session ends.

Q: How many hours do I need? Will I be healed in the Light System?
Rebuild agency rather than chase states.
Your body knows what to address first, even when you’re not consciously aware of it. Results vary from person to person, and many factors play a role – including how long a condition has existed, stress levels, environment, lifestyle, and the care you take of yourself.
The Light System™ does not promise healing or instant results. It supports your body and mind in releasing patterns or tension and restoring balance. Some people notice shifts after a single session, while others experience gradual change over time. For those seeking noticeable support, 6–8 hours of sessions over a month is generally recommended.
Here’s my personal experience:
In my first session, discomfort from an old ankle injury resolved and never returned. In my second session, I experienced an unexpected emotional release and later noticed I no longer relied on overeating for energy. The system continues to support me as I make meaningful changes in my life.
Healing is not only physical. It involves how you listen to your body, respond to your inner signals, and integrate change into daily life. These sessions are designed to support that process, not to replace your own awareness, choices, or responsibility.
Before and After Care
Before Your Session
Stay well hydrated. Drink clean, mineral-rich water beforehand to support detoxification and enhance energetic flow.
Eat lightly. If needed, have a small, nourishing meal at least 1–2 hours prior. Heavy or inflammatory foods may make it harder to fully relax.
Dress comfortably. We recommend wearing soft, layered clothing.

During Your Session
- Settle In and Receive
Simply lie back, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to unwind. Many people fall asleep during the session, which is a natural and beneficial response. - Phones & Audio
Please silence your phone or set it to airplane mode. If you’d like to listen to meditation or calming music during your session, we recommend downloading your audio.
After Your Session
Your healing doesn’t end when the session does – your body continues to recalibrate in the days that follow. Here are a few tips to support the integration process:
Hydrate well. Drink plenty of clean, mineral-rich water to help flush what’s been released and keep your cells nourished.
Detox bath recommended within 24 hours.
See salt bath recipeReflect and journal. Thoughts, emotions, or memories may surface during or after your session. Writing them down can help unload mental burdens, bring clarity, and support emotional integration.
Take it slow. Move gently and allow time for rest. Give your body space to process and settle in the hours that follow.
Salt Bath Recipe & Instructions
Detox bath recommended within 24 hours.
To support toxin release through the skin, we suggest a full-body soak with:
Ingredients:
- Filtered bath water – use a shower/bath filter for the best results
- 1.5 cups sea salt
- 1.5 cups aluminum-free baking soda
- 1.5 cups Dead Sea soak or Epsom salt
Instructions
- Fill tub with water hot enough to sweat but still comfortable.
- Add ingredients and stir.
- Soak at least 30 minutes or longer, then rinse.
Alternative: If a full bath isn’t possible, use half the amount for a foot soak if needed.

Targeted Light & Colour
Light and colour are used intentionally to influence mood and perception. Research in chromotherapy and environmental psychology shows that different hues can support calm, alertness, or emotional balance.
Positive Affirmations & Healing Words
The Light System™ incorporates affirmations and uplifting words into the visuals. Studies suggest that exposure to positive language, even at a subconscious level, can enhance emotional regulation, focus, and overall mental well-being.

The combination of light, motion, geometry, colour, and affirmations creates an environment where the body and mind can naturally settle, restore balance, and feel renewed.
