• Water bottles are welcome, as long as they have a secure, spill-proof cap.
• Please avoid strong scents to help maintain a calm and neutral environment.

Q: What Does a Session Look Like?
You’ll rest comfortably in a reclining chair in a quiet room designed for relaxation. The space is filled with gentle light from the Light System, soothing music, and a light essential-oil mist to create a calming atmosphere.
You’re welcome to close your eyes and simply rest. Falling asleep is common and perfectly fine. There is nothing you need to do during the session.
Many clients find this becomes one of the few moments in their week where they can completely unplug and allow their body to rest.
If you are sensitive or allergic to certain scents, please let us know in advance so we can make adjustments for your comfort.
At the end of the session, we will gently wake you if you are still resting.

Q: What might I feel during a session?
Each person’s nervous system responds differently, and there is no right or wrong experience. Some people notice sensations or visual impressions, while others simply experience a period of deep rest. Both responses are completely normal.
You may notice things such as:
Deep relaxation
Many people feel their body gradually settle and unwind. Breathing may slow, muscles soften, and the mind becomes quieter.
A meditative or dream-like state
Some clients drift between waking and sleep, similar to deep meditation.
Visual impressions
With eyes closed, some people notice colours, light patterns, or imagery appearing in their inner vision.
Subtle physical sensations
Occasionally people report warmth, gentle tingling, pulsing, or a flowing sensation in parts of the body.
Emotional release
As the body relaxes, emotions or memories may surface as tension begins to unwind.
Simply resting
For many people, the session simply feels like a quiet period of rest — something that can be surprisingly rare in daily life.
Feeling nothing noticeable
Some clients do not notice any particular sensation during the session, and this is completely normal.
Some people notice changes after their first visit, while others notice them later. For some, the benefits develop gradually over multiple sessions.
You don’t need to believe anything or try to make something happen. Simply allowing your body time to rest is enough. Everyone’s system responds in its own way and at its own pace.
Q: How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions varies from person to person.
For a first visit, many guests begin with a two-hour session, allowing more time for the body to settle into the environment.
For those seeking more noticeable or sustained changes, a more consistent approach can be helpful. In practice, some people begin with 6–8 hours within a month, then adjust based on how their body responds.
Some guests visit occasionally when they feel the need to rest or recharge, while others come regularly as part of their personal wellness routine.
Some people notice changes after their first visit, while others experience more gradual shifts over time.
There is no required schedule — you are welcome to explore at your own pace.
Q: Who is this experience for?
The Light System may be helpful for people who feel mentally overwhelmed, overstimulated, or in need of a quiet space to reset.
Guests often visit when they feel:
• mentally overloaded or constantly stimulated
• physically tired or run down
• in need of time to rest and recharge
• curious about holistic wellness environments
Others simply enjoy having a dedicated space where they can unplug, relax deeply, and reconnect with themselves.
No special preparation or belief is required – simply allowing yourself time to rest is enough.
Before and After Care
Before Your Session
• Stay hydrated
Drinking water beforehand can help you feel more comfortable during the session.
• Eat lightly
If needed, have a small meal 1–2 hours before your visit. Heavy meals may make it harder to fully relax.
• Dress comfortably
Soft, loose, and layered clothing is recommended.
• Bring items for comfort
You may bring items such as a blanket, eye mask, or earplugs if they help you relax.
During Your Session
• Set a gentle intention
Take a moment to remember why you came — perhaps to rest, recharge, or reconnect with yourself.
Simply close your eyes and allow yourself to rest. There is nothing you need to do or achieve during the session.
• Settle in and receive
Once the session begins, simply relax and allow yourself to rest. Many people drift into sleep, which is a natural and restorative response.
• Phones & audio
Please silence your phone or set it to airplane mode. If you would like to listen to meditation or calming audio, we recommend downloading it in advance.
After Your Session
Your experience doesn’t necessarily end when the session does. Many people find their body continues to settle afterward.
The following suggestions are optional and intended to support comfort and integration:
• Hydrate well
Drinking water may help you feel refreshed after your session.
• Mineral bath (optional)
Some clients enjoy taking a warm salt bath within 24 hours of their first session to support relaxation and grounding.
• Reflect or journal
You may notice thoughts, emotions, or insights during or after your session. Writing them down can help you process and reflect.
• Take things gently
Allow yourself time to move slowly and settle back into your day.
Mineral Bath Recipe & Instructions
For best results, we recommend doing this within 24 hours after your first session. To support relaxation, circulation, and overall recovery, you may enjoy a full-body mineral soak.
Ingredients:
- Filtered bath water – use a shower/bath filter for the best results
1.5 cups sea salt
- 1.5 cups Dead Sea salt (or add an extra 1.5 cups of sea salt instead)
1.5 cups aluminum-free baking soda
Instructions
- Fill tub with water hot enough to sweat but still comfortable.
- Add ingredients and stir.
- Soak at least 30 minutes or longer, then rinse.
Alternative: If a full bath isn’t possible, use half the amount for a foot soak if needed.
The Light System experience is not about forcing a specific outcome. It is simply designed to create a calm and supportive environment where the body can rest and respond in its own way.
