What To Expect

Things to Know Before Visiting Our Centre

To ensure a smooth, peaceful experience for everyone, please take note of the following:

  • Shoes are not allowed in the centre. Please wear socks for your comfort and hygiene.

  • No food is permitted in the Light System room.

  • Water bottles are welcome, as long as they have a secure, spill-proof cap.

  • Avoid strong scents. This helps maintain a calm and neutral environment for everyone.

  • Cell phone use is not allowed inside the Light System room.

  • The Energy Room is a quiet space. Talking is not permitted, allowing everyone to rest deeply and fully benefit from the calming energy field.

  • Kindly refrain from touching the technology, as it requires precise calibration for optimal performance.
  • Earplugs and eye covers are available upon request, while supplies last. Feel free to bring your own.

  • Bring a blanket if you’d like. While we offer blankets at the centre, having your own can make the experience feel even more cozy.

Q: What Does a Session Look Like?

You’ll rest comfortably in a reclining chair in a quiet room, with gentle light, soothing music, and a light essential-oil mist in the space. You’re encouraged to close your eyes and rest; falling asleep is common and completely fine. There’s nothing you need to do. If you’re sensitive or allergic to certain scents, please let us know in advance.

Each Light System™ session is different. Many people feel something during the session — such as calm, a sense of lightness, tingling sensations, increased energy, or emotional release. Others feel very little at first and notice changes later. Both responses are normal.

The session provides a supportive environment where your nervous system can settle and respond in its own time.

At the end of the session, we’ll gently wake you if you’re resting.

Q: How many hours do I need? Will I be healed in the Light System?

Your body knows what to address first, even when you’re not consciously aware of it. Responses vary and depend on factors such as stress, lifestyle, and consistency.

The Light System™ does not promise healing or instant results. It provides a supportive environment that helps the body and mind release tension and restore balance. Some people notice changes after one session, while others experience gradual shifts over time. Many people start with 6–8 hours over a month, and then adjust based on how their body responds.

My personal experience:
In my first session, discomfort from an old ankle injury resolved and never returned. In another session, I experienced an emotional release and later noticed a shift in how I relate to energy and stress. The system continues to support me as I make practical, meaningful changes in my life.

Healing is not only physical. It involves listening to your body, responding to what comes up, and integrating changes into daily life. These sessions are designed to support that process — not to replace your awareness, choices, or responsibility.

The goal isn’t to chase a feeling, but to build a more stable relationship with your body over time.

Before and After Care

Before Your Session

  • Stay well hydrated. Drinking water beforehand can help your body feel more comfortable and supported during the session.

  • Eat lightly. If needed, have a small, nourishing meal at least 1–2 hours prior. Heavy meals may make it harder to fully relax.

  • Dress comfortably. Soft, loose, and layered clothing is recommended.

  • Bringing items to enhance your comfort during the session.

During Your Session

  • Settle In and Receive
    Simply lie back, breathe naturally, and allow yourself to unwind. Many people fall asleep during the session, which is a normal and restful response.
  • Phones & Audio
    Please silence your phone or set it to airplane mode. If you’d like to listen to meditation or calming music during your session, we recommend downloading your audio in advance.

After Your Session

Your experience doesn’t end when the session does. Your body may continue to settle and rebalance afterward. The following suggestions are optional and meant to support comfort and integration:

  • Hydrate well. Drinking water can help you feel refreshed and supported after your session.

  • Mineral bath recommended (especially after your first session).
    A warm salt bath within 24 hours is recommended after your first session to support relaxation and grounding. For future sessions, you’re encouraged to listen to your body and use it as needed. Many find it complements the session experience. (See salt bath recipe.)

  • Reflect and journal. You may notice thoughts, emotions, or insights during or after your session. Writing them down can help you process and reflect.

  • Take it slow. Move gently and allow time for rest. Give your body space to settle in the hours that follow.

Mineral Bath Recipe & Instructions

For best results, we recommend doing this within 24 hours after your first session. To support relaxation, circulation, and overall recovery, you may enjoy a full-body mineral soak.

Ingredients:

  • Filtered bath water – use a shower/bath filter for the best results
  • 1.5 cups sea salt

  • 1.5 cups Dead Sea salt (or add an extra 1.5 cups of sea salt instead)
  • 1.5 cups aluminum-free baking soda

Instructions

  1. Fill tub with water hot enough to sweat but still comfortable.
  2. Add ingredients and stir.
  3. Soak at least 30 minutes or longer, then rinse.

Alternative: If a full bath isn’t possible, use half the amount for a foot soak if needed.

    Photon Collision & Energy Flow

    Photons from the screens interact to create a balanced energy field. While specific effects are unique to each person, many guests report a feeling of alignment, vitality, and subtle energetic flow.


    Targeted Light & Colour

    Light and colour are used intentionally to influence mood and perception. Research in chromotherapy and environmental psychology shows that different hues can support calm, alertness, or emotional balance.


    Positive Affirmations & Healing Words

    The Light System™ incorporates affirmations and uplifting words into the visuals. Studies suggest that exposure to positive language, even at a subconscious level, can enhance emotional regulation, focus, and overall mental well-being.

    The combination of light, motion, geometry, colour, and affirmations creates an environment where the body and mind can naturally settle, restore balance, and feel renewed.
