What To Expect
Things to Know Before Visiting Our Centre
To ensure a smooth, peaceful experience for everyone, please take note of the following:
Shoes are not allowed in the centre. Please wear socks for your comfort and hygiene.
No food is permitted in the Light System room.
Water bottles are welcome, as long as they have a secure, spill-proof cap.
Avoid strong scents. This helps maintain a calm and neutral environment for everyone.
Cell phone use is not allowed inside the Light System room.
The Energy Room is a quiet space. Talking is not permitted, allowing everyone to rest deeply and fully benefit from the calming energy field.
- Kindly refrain from touching the technology, as it requires precise calibration for optimal performance.
Earplugs and eye covers are available upon request, while supplies last.
Many guests find the experience so relaxing that they fall asleep—this is completely normal and even encouraged.
If you’re sensitive to sound or light, just let us know—we’re happy to offer these items for your comfort when available, or feel free to bring your own.- Bring a blanket if you’d like. While we offer blankets at the centre, having your own can make the experience feel even more cozy.

What Does a Session Look Like?
You’ll be resting in a recliner chair in a quiet room with soft lighting, soothing sounds, and subtle energy support designed to promote cellular repair.
Some people feel calm and meditative; others may experience emotional release or sudden insight. Many fall asleep, while others remain awake—and both are perfectly okay. Listen to your body and trust its natural intelligence.
We’ll gently wake you when your session is complete.

Before and After Care
Before Your Session
To help prepare your body and energy field for your session:
Stay well hydrated. Drink clean, mineral-rich water beforehand to support detoxification and enhance energetic flow.
Eat lightly. If needed, have a small, nourishing meal at least 1–2 hours prior. Heavy or inflammatory foods may make it harder to fully relax.
Dress comfortably. You’ll remain fully clothed and reclined during the session. We recommend wearing soft, layered clothing.

During Your Session
Settle In and Receive
Simply lie back, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to unwind. Many people fall asleep during the session, which is a natural and beneficial response.
Phones & Audio
Please silence your phone or set it to airplane mode. If you’d like to listen to meditation or calming music during your session, we recommend downloading your audio in advance.
After Your Session
Your healing doesn’t end when the session does—your body continues to recalibrate in the days that follow. Here are a few tips to support the integration process:
Hydrate well. Drink plenty of clean, mineral-rich water to help flush what’s been released and keep your cells nourished.
Detox bath recommended within 24 hours. To support toxin release through the skin, we suggest a full-body soak using:
2 cups sea salt, 2 cups aluminum-free baking soda, and 1 cup borax.
If a bath isn’t possible, a foot soak can be used as an alternative.Reflect and journal. Thoughts, emotions, or memories may surface during or after your session. Writing them down can help unload mental burdens, bring clarity, and support emotional integration.
Take it slow. Move gently and allow time for rest. Give your body space to process and settle in the hours that follow.
The Light System

Photonic Collision. In a session, individuals are immersed in a coherent field of photons (particles of light), allowing the body and mind to synchronize with the increase charge and coherent field generated by this photonic collision. This synchronization with a coherent energetic field and increased energetic charge has profound effects on physical balance, cognitive clarity, and emotional balance.
Alignment of Energetic Fields. This pillar focuses on aligning identical electromagnetic fields created by the system units, which face each other with specific precision. This creates a toroidal field, which is the base electromagnetic field of all creation in the universe. When your body synchronizes with this field, it restores its own energy, promoting mental clarity, emotional stability, and cellular regeneration.
