When you book a session or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, and email address. This is collected through Simpli Booking or directly by phone or text.

Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through Square. Pure Oasis Studio does not store your credit card or payment details — these are handled entirely by Square and subject to their privacy policy.

Consent Form Information
Before your session, you may be asked to complete a consent form through Zoho. This captures your acknowledgement of the nature of our services.

Session Notes
With your verbal consent, your facilitator may keep brief handwritten notes about your sessions — including any health information you choose to share — to track effectiveness and support your personalized TLS program. These notes are kept on paper, accessible only to Wennie Chang, and are never shared with third parties. Sharing this information is entirely optional and not required to receive services.

Email & Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email are collected through MailerLite and used only to send you updates and inspiration from Pure Oasis Studio.

Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This may include pages visited, time on site, and general location data. This information is aggregated and not linked to your personal identity.
