A Restorative Space in Newmarket
Our centre features a 24-unit Light System designed to support deep rest and reset.
We offer six comfortable recliners with adjustable headrests and smooth reclining, along with two folding beds available upon request for guests with specific needs.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of quiet, this space is here to support you.

I am an intuitive artist and a mother of two. Motherhood opened a path of self-discovery that continues to shape my life and my work.
For many years, I searched for change — trying to fix and improve my life. Over time, I realized that the most meaningful transformation begins by returning to ourselves.
This space is an expression of that journey.
